I know that all you Naruto fans are thinking that it isn't fare of me to put a Kekkei Genkai(Bloodline-limit) as powerful as the Sharingan up ageist a normal Jutsu like the Rasengan, but the Rasengan is no normal jutsu. Let me explain both of them:

Sharingan - The Sharingan is one of the most(if not the most powerful) Kekkei Genkai(Bloodline-limit.) It has the power to copy any ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques. It also allows the user to trap enemies in illusions, as well as see through them. The Sharingan has five stages:

• 1st Tomoe Sharingan (A tomoe or tomoye is a Japanese abstract shape (i.e. a swirl) that resembles a comma or the usual form of magatama.)

• 2nd Tomoe Sharingan

• 3rd Tomoe Sharingan

• Mangekyo Sharingan (Corrodes vision upon use until the user is blind)

• Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (Obtained by transplanting another Mangekyo sharingan into their own. Restores vision and will not affect eyesight upon use.)

And with each form the Sharingan gets stronger.



Rasengan - The Rasengan is basicly a pure ball of energy. What makes it different them some other jutsus is that it is make of a ton of compressed energy made in one certian area making it one of the most powerful jutsus. There isnt much else about this jutsu to say, except that one time Naruto made this already power jutsu even more powerful by making it into this new forbidden jutsu called, "Fuuton - Rasen Shuriken."
